We thank all our supporters who stood by us these past few years. Like any start up, we went through growing up pains and successfully navigated through the process last year because we fundamentally believe in our mission of bringing in quality products and services and we believe that everyone will benefit from our shared success.
Our gratitude goes out to our affiliate company in Singapore Jeteezy Pte Ltd and we look forward to their continued support in our Aircraft assembly and sales projects here in the United States. We are making a big and bold move to a location that will be announced shortly on all media platforms and that will put us on a path to growth and expansion of our Aircraft products and services. We remain a reliable and continued sales and service organization for Lake line of Amphibious Seaplanes.
We also look forward to a closer cooperation with our affiliate company that is leading to a full amalgamation of the two companies with the intention of going global. We also look forward to an operational and research base in Luxembourg and to avail of the facilities that the Dutchy of Luxembourg has to offer. Our CEO is heading to Lux to start the set up of our Aerospace ventures and activities closely linked to exploitation of space resources.
More and periodic updates will be made on this blog and changes to our website to reflect our new look, growing ambitions and our commitment to do the right thing to ensure that Jeteezy grows into a profitable and successful venture in 2019 and for many years to come. JETEEZY IS PREPARING FOR THE FUTURE
We wish all our customers, employees, vendors and supporters a very good 2018! Since we are into the lunar New Year and our Singapore affiliate Jeteezy Pte Ltd celebrates that Holiday, we wish all our Chinese Singaporean and Chinese ethnic affiliates, friends and well wishes the very best for the golden year of the Dog! Gong XI Fa Cai!
We are trying to revive the whole concept of blogging as a method of communicating effectively.We had not updated this blog for a long time since we moved all our information into a nicely done, in-house endeavor, to create our own website. The website may be found here.
The purpose of rekindling this blog is that we can put a lot more of our thoughts and plans going forward in this longer platform than the twitter page @jeteezyavn can do. We will still be tweeting, as that platform has it's own place and reach and we may link the blogs and the twitter page at some point for effective cross posting of news, events, articles and our ideas going forward.
Jeteezy USA project continues into it's second year as a start up and we have been maintaining and refurbishing the Lake line of Amphibious Aircraft that we specialize in but we have also performed and conducting presently, maintenance of Piper twin engine Aircraft as well. The goal of making this into a manufacturing facility is on going and will see it coming to fruition in the next 6 months.

We are also planning other forays in the Aerospace segment and we have been in discussions with various partners to further that goal. Our CEO Anup Murthy is spearheading all the projects at Jeteezy and is backed by a capable and skilled staff. We also have long term plans of projects for amphibious Aircraft in India and also a production under license project envisaged to be located in Australia. Anup will be focusing on those projects from next year once we have an extension of the USA production certificate to cover World wide operations.
Jeteezy Pte Ltd Singapore is poised to take over more maintenance projects and will also be doing Lake Aircraft sales for us in the Asia Pacific region. The two affiliate companies are also discussing mergers that may happen in the first half of next year. We will be sad to lose Anup to projects in Asia and Australia but he will be available for consulting and other matters as necessary for the continuation of the ventures here in the U.S.
Coming to U.S. ventures, we have been actively discussing with other locations/Airports for expansion of capabilities as well as to be a close to the space coast as possible to be able to take part in the new space age industry that is coming up rapidly.
We realize that these updates would have taken a lot longer to compose on twitter! We therefore see the use of blogs coupled with microblogging as a way to the future.

SANFORD FLORIDA OFFICE
Dear Customers, supporters, friends and well wishers, we have been updating information about our U.S. expansion on our twitter handles @seaplanetalk and @jeteezyAvn and our facebook page since earlier this year.
We are revamping our websites and bringing in the blog as an extension of our social media expansion effort. Our Blog about establishing a U.S.A. affiliate for Jeteezy Pte Ltd, Singapore was first published in January 2015 titled "Jeteezy USA" and link can be found here.

The office space has been taken on a 5-year lease and has a total office space area of 1,750 Square Feet. It is located in the Historic downtown area of Sanford, Florida, just North of Orlando. The Administrative office in downtown Sanford is being designed to add cubicles and high end furniture for employees and guests. Photos will be posted as the work progresses, the designs have been finalized. This facility will house the non technical teams such as Administration, Accounts, Sales and Marketing.

Jeteezy Inc plans to assemble Amphibious Aircraft/seaplanes at our two hangars taken on lease from Sanford Airport Authority and located at the Orlando International Airport Sanford (SFB). The lease is for 30 years and we have a total of 42,000 Square feet of hangar space for our activities. The hangars are being refurbished, with new fire suppressions systems, some insulation improvements and other related works to bring it online.
The recruitment process for all positions (25 positions open for 2016 and 25 added in 2017) is being done at this time, interviews for various Administration, Sales, Production/Technical teams are being set up as of now. There is a staff of 3 part time, helping at the downtown offices and we are regularizing some of the positions to be filled at the earliest, in the first week of the coming New Year leading to full employee strength at the time of project roll out in March 2016.

We are also pleased to mention that our Singapore Company Jeteezy Pte Ltd is in readiness for taking on the new tasks of Aircraft sales expansion particularly in the area of Amphibious Seaplanes. We are particularly proud of our achievement in our endeavor to go global, branch out successfully and the U.S. is a natural choice for aviation expansions. We are pleased to invest in the U.S. entity as our close affiliate and take that organization to the next level.
We have, this month, brought in fresh investment and re-capitalized the Jeteezy Pte Ltd, increasing the paid-up share capital to $400,000 modestly. The team existing in Singapore will see growth and addition to staff to cater to the increased responsibilities and increased job scopes. We continue to service existing fleets as well going forward.

EAA AIRVENTURE-OSHKOSH 2015

The World's biggest Air Show is held every year at Oshkosh, Wisconsin, U.S.A. by the EAA (Experimental Aircraft Association) and is called the EAA Airventure. This year, 2015, seemed to be bigger and better than all the previous years in terms of participation and attendance. Our interest is with all General Aviation (GA) Aircraft, from vintage to classic to latest new generation models-and everything else in-between!
As in the past, we have posted a number of photos taken by us that are exclusive although we may suggest that they are not exhaustive. We have more to post for a later date perhaps. Again, as always, please click on each of the photo to be able to see them at regular/normal size for better enjoyment.
This Blog is split into 2 parts. The main event part will focus on the Seaplanes and Amphibians that were displayed at the main EAA Airventure seaplane campsite and other display areas. The second part follows with a report from the Seaplane base.
At the EAA Main event:
Obvious LSA Amphibs
The LSA (Light Sport Aircraft) category was predominant as in recent years this is the only growth in new Aircraft manufacturing and the bulk of the new comers to the LSA markets have designed and built amphibious Seaplanes. And there are many. Like this Aircam on floats pictured below, with an open cockpit, more microlight than conventional and looking like a lot of fun.

Only one company has managed to grab a lot of eyeballs in recent times
and they did so successfully at this show as well. And that was the Icon
A5. Again, this is purely an LSA, all composite, with a pusher prop (The Lake line of amphibs set the pusher prop trend decades ago as a successful design for water operations).
One can't deny the sexy lines of the Icon A5 flying boat and the way
they have positioned it as the next generation cool machine that can
supposedly do fun stuff on water. The Aircraft may not be as great as the marketing team suggests but full marks to their success at putting it out there better than anyone else. Marketing lessons learned by their competitors!
Another manufacturer managed to get a good deal of coverage and that was the Super Petrel (above). At times it felt that their only competitor was the Icon A5 and the Petrel guys did everything to position their LSA flying boat as a cheaper and better alternative to the Icon. Neither of them come cheap really but they come out looking affordable without them having to emphasize on the reasons as to why an LSA is cheaper than a normal category airplane. Sex appeal does sell well, though.

From the convention Seaplane World, there were just a few in the normal and commercial category. These were the modified/converted Amphibians such as the Kodiak shown in the first picture in this blog and a modified Cessna Caravan amphibians featured by Wipaire, one of the most famous manufacturers of floats for straight Airplanes (Shown below):
A few other floatplanes we saw were those featured by Colleges and Universities, notably the one featured below with their Piper Cub and our twitter friend Josh from that University.
The assorted Lake amphibians, Dehavilland Beavers (below), Grumman Goose, Widgeon, Albatross etc.. all vintage and classics were present although not in large numbers. They were just there in same numbers at most air shows.
The Seabees were there at the main event (pic below) and at the Seaplane base as well, in good number.
At Seaplane base:
Lake Winnebago is the venue for the seaplane base. It is a short drive and we suggest people to take the shuttle service from the main event (at the bus bay or from the seaplane campsite) to the Seaplane base. The cost was US$3 for a round trip that is quick and easy.
The seaplane base is a popular hangout for all seaplane pilots and fans of things that fly and can boat. There were a few more Lake amphibians at the seaplane base than at the main event static/campsite but mostly the older Buccaneers, LA4200EP (pic below) types were on the water when we were there multiple times.
This Seaplane base area has been fondly dubbed as the EAA's "Margaritaville" for it's quiet, secluded and peaceful environs.
On one hand the atmosphere is very relaxed and one can spend some nice time here taking a break from the main event and on the other hand there isn't much else to do. We saw no contest and flying such as what is common in major splash-ins.
The only excitement came from the few demonstration flights/water landings from the 2 notable LSA's mentioned before (Icon and Super Petrel) and those demos drew crowds. See below (Icon A5).

So, the main take away from the show as far as Seaplanes are concerned is
that the LSA's are the only new offerings and while the demos wowed the
crowd, may knew that somebody with a recreational pilot license wouldn't
be able to do all those maneuvers and perhaps would get themselves into
a whole lot of trouble flying these LSA's in less than ideal conditions.
We dare say that the LSA demos took place under ideal conditions, at times that were literally allocated for the same and with no wakes, no swell, not even a light chop. And the wind conditions was perfect. Luckily the demo pilots managed a decent job most of the time.
Having said all of the above, there was a lot of interest from people who wanted to be able to fly unrestricted, in normal (not perfect) conditions, day and night with more capacity than an LSA which can only seat 2 including pilot. And many of those people we spoke to would have welcomed a normal category new production Seaplane such as the Lake line of amphibious Aircraft in the past. There's a vast gap to be filled between a restrictive LSA of 2 seats and a large new amphibian of 9-18 seats.
Here are some other photos from the main event (below) with a few descriptions attached. We enjoyed the show and found it to be a fruitful venue for networking and studying the various new concepts that are ever changing and hopefully making it better for GA.

Aerobatic teams comprising of AT6 Texans, T28s and jet trainers, other military WW2 onwards to Korean war, Vietnam war era warbirds all made an appearance in thrilling flying displays.
